Ben Ansell
Ben has nearly 20 years’ experience working in various fundraising, leadership and consultancy roles for small, medium and national organisations including Oxfam, The British Heart Foundation, Royal Trinity Hospice and the East End Community Foundation.
Ben’s Passion is to help organisations grow their reach and impact by delivering simple and effective fundraising plans, campaigns and activities.
He has a degree in business and a certificate in marketing qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Linda Trew
Linda has over 20 years’ practical, hands-on experience. She has worked with charities of all sizes and achieved multi-million-pound targets.
Past colleagues and clients have described Linda as ‘a breath of fresh air, she is highly relational, donor focussed and has a sharp, strategic brain with intuitive creative insights. She is upbeat and hope-filled whilst grounded in the reality that there is no time to coast when there are funds to be raised! Her many years of experience are evident in all that she does.’
She is passionate about helping charities reach their fundraising potential.
Linda has a Post Graduate Diploma in Charity Fundraising and Marketing from Bayes Business School, City, University of London.
Senior Associate Fundraiser
Helen Goldsby West
Helen has worked in the third sector since 2001 both from a grant making and fundraising perspective. She has succeeded in lead fundraising and senior management roles across a number of organisations.
Whilst she holds a vast experience and success across a range of fundraising disciplines her specialism is Trusts and Foundations. Most prominently and recently Helen was a member of the senior leadership team heading up fundraising at a national health charity – leading to a seven-fold increase in trust income during her tenure.
Helen has a strong track record of working across sports, young people, community facilities, education, hospice and regeneration charities.
Associate Fundraiser - Trusts and Statutory
Nicola McConnell
Nicola has worked in charity sector development since 2016, specialising in Trusts and Foundations and Statutory fundraising.
Starting her career in a role with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Nicola has subsequently raised funds for a wide variety of charities and has a strong track record in fundraising for arts organisations and social justice causes.
Nicola has a PhD in Classics and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
